How do I stop my subscription to newsletters and promotions?
There is more than one way to unsubscribe from newsletters and promotional materials:
In your BetGoals account:- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to My Profile on the home page.
- Select the Personal Information section.
- Locate at the bottom of the page your Preferences and UNCHECK the option I want to receive information about promotions.
Through your email account:
You can also choose to stop receiving marketing material at each contact with BetGoals.- Access your e-mail account.
- Open any email marketing sent by us.
- At the bottom of the page, click in Click here to cancel your subscription.

Why am I not getting any emails from BetGoals?
There are several reasons why you may have stopped receiving communications and promotions from us.
- You may have unsubscribed in your BetGoals account settings.
To fix this is simple. Log in to your account and navigate to My Profile. Click on the Personal Information section, when you find Preferences at the bottom of the page, click on the I want to receive information about promotions option.
- There may be technical issues preventing promotions from being delivered to your account.
Check your Spam or Junk Mail folder.
Our emails may have been incorrectly filtered. To fix this, simply add us to your contacts or safe senders list, ensuring that our emails always appear in your inbox.

Can I register outside of Brazil?
You can register from other countries, however, you will be just allowed to use Brazilian currency for now, and it is not advised to use VPN.
BetGoals is only available to play in countries where it is permitted by the Curaçao license.Using VPN to play from restricted territories might end in the closure of your account once detected that you are registered from a restricted country where gambling is not allowed under our license.

How can I change my home address?
If you would like to change your home address, either due to moving or incorrect typing, please send us an updated proof of residence.
Eligible proofs are:Consumer bills such as water, electricity, gas, landline telephone, internet, bank statement, tax report, or correspondence from a central or local government authority.
This document should not be older than three (3) months.Mobile phones are not included.ATTENTION. All four corners of any forwarded document must be visible.
The document must show your full address and your name as registered on your BetGoals account. -
