• The game is not loading, what should I do?
    If games aren't loading, it could be a problem with your internet connection.

    If you're playing on a mobile device, make sure you have at least a 3G network or a fast Wi-Fi connection., or if you're playing on a computer, try connecting it directly to your router, rather than using Wi-Fi.

    If that doesn't work, contact your internet service provider and check why your connection is slow, you can also try to clear your cookies and cache.
  • What happens if I lose my connection during a casino game?

    In case a game has been started but interrupted due to Internet disconnection, try reconnecting your device immediately.

    If your bet was accepted before you run out of internet, the bet will be validated and your balance will be adjusted accordingly to the outcome of the round, but if for some reason the bet was not accepted, for example, you lost connection a few seconds before placing your bet, nothing will be deducted from your account.

    If you were unable to reconnect before the end of the round, you can check the result of the game in your account, click on "Transaction History", and then in "Bets".

     

     

    If you are playing slots, roulette, or other games where disconnection does not affect the outcome of the game, the round will conclude automatically.
